    I was trying to modify the footer in the functions.php file and now I get this error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home4/jetaviat/public_html/knowledgeconcepts.us/wp-content/themes/copyblogger-master/functions.php on line 71

    Now I can’t logout or do anything with my website.

    What do I need to do to fix this?

    Regards,

    John

    Hi,

    very good job, it is a great theme and it is free. :) Thank you!

    It just needs a little fix for the footer widgets for 1024px screens and it will be perfect. :)

    Hello, thanks for making this awesome genesis theme! After I updated I was looking around for a suitable child theme. Thanks alot. But juz being curious, for the threaded comments, I’m not sure is it for my screen but after a few reply to a particular comment, the text couldn’t be shown on blog (it’s blocked by the post frame or something) is there anyway to adjust this?

    This child theme looks like fit on my site, but it would be more fit, if the secondary navigation bar can be moved into the footer, can you help me? :)

    • says

      Yes you can move the navigation to footer. Add the following code to functions.php file

      /** Reposition the secondary navigation */
      remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_subnav' );
      add_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'genesis_do_subnav' );

      However you need to style yourself for better look. Try it first.

    Actually that theme would fit for my blog! I had been searching for some simple, flattened templates for my blog for a while when I came to your article. But unfortunately, I’ve created my blog with wordpress.com’s free blogging and hosting service so I cannot use all the cool plugins or custom templates available on the net. What would you suggest for me? Should I switch to the wordpress.org platform? How could I move my blog from wp.com quick and easy?

    Hi Vivek !
    First of all congrats for Genesis 2.0 Framework. I have checked your theme copyblogger 2.0 but it’s not functioning properly. It’s size is creepy on desktop.I have checked your demo, after that I have installed on my testing platform..Pl. check again for new Genesis 2.0…not on Beta 2.0..
    Thanks

    Thanks for updating this theme…
    I’ve noticed the one on the Genesis website no longer installs with Genesis 2 – so well done!

    One thing I noticed is that on my screen using Firefox (which I have open very wide), there is a very large gap between the content and the sidebar – it seems the content is left floated, and the right sidebar is right floated, but the size of the content and sidebar is fixed – so when you browser is set wide it look very strange with this large gap between them – hope I’ve made myself understood !

    Cheers, Dave

      I have the same problem: the content is far to the left and the sidebar far to the right. Also I don’t know if the stylesheet is missing or if I’m doing something wrong, but for me the theme is pretty much blank – no nice header, no borders, no nothing.
      I’m running Genesis 2.0, WP 3.6, no other themes installed and just basic plugins. Are there known conflicts? I will try to disable them and see if it fixes the stylesheet error, but I’m interested if it’s just me or a common problem. Thanks. :)

      Btw: awesome theme, thanks for that. :)

    Great Work Vivek,
    Wow! this looks cute! I used to be a great fan of the copyblogger theme and I used it on all my blogs for a while before I switched from it when I was not liking the look again… I will probably give your theme a try!
    I would have preferred it to be working with the current version of Genesis framework, because I dont like using anything in BETA state!
